Frustrating!
I tried to login using my password (which I don’t understand why I even had to do that, normally I just get logged in automatically) and my password didn’t work. So, I used the “magic link” via email. But, I am unable to change my password on the app or on any browser page I accessed. There is no places to actually log in. I am also confused about being a member. If I am a member who pays $3.99/month, why can’t I watch any of the Member Lives without paying $9.99 a month?

Blocked from using app after newest update
Im sad to say that because of the newest update requiring newer ios versions that my phone doesnt support, i am effectively blocked from using the app at all. I will miss the app i found it to be so helpful before.
Privacy problem
Great app, awful privacy policy. This is no way a reflection of Emily (who I think is great), but there’s just way too many unnecessary permissions requested to feel comfortable using it.

Best way to watch Live Trials
Emily and Team Baker have done an amazing job with this app and all the content this is the only way to watch live trials, the alerts are so helpful and Emily is so incredibly informative and I love her approach!
