App needs a total refresh
401 Error
I try to login and it gives me a 401 error which usually means their server is down or overwhelmed. It logs me in then logs me right back out.
Broken
It’s a news app that doesn’t show any news. Embarrassing.
App does not work
You have to delete it entirely and redownload it every few weeks. This is super annoying.
Very expensive for an app that does not work
Why create an app that does not work? And this company charges firms a lot of money, so they have the resources to hire someone who can fix their broken app. Absurd.
Totally Broken
The whole App is completely broken, I cannot open any articles or search. Please patch this asap.
App Never Works
Consistently blown away by how bad this app is. It simply doesn’t work on iOS. The only way to get it to work is to delete the app, then redownload it. It works for a week maybe, then you’re back to square one. Been like this through multiple iPhones.
Never loads
Worked for about a week. Now never loads. Moving to BNA because theirs works. No longer checking this app.
App never works!
Anytime I want to open a news article from their emails, it only triggers a web listing and not the app. Even if you do open the app, it rarely works. Just a total waste of time, wish my firm had otter legal news outlets with better interfaces
App never loads any content
Every time I try to use Law360 mobile app, nothing ever loads. I can navigate to a topic/category, but it continually spins and shows “Refreshing…” it never loads any content.. never!
Does not load articles
Haven’t been able to load articles for months. Yes I have tried to update, the App Store says no updates are available. Hopefully someone will fix this. I get a lot of interesting news notifications and then can’t click them to read any articles.
App Not Loading
App is not loading stories and now can’t even log in. Same password works on browser.
Takes forever to load
Terrible app. Frequently doesn’t load content at all. The rest of the time it takes ages to pull up content.

Demeaning!
I tried submitting a story regarding a scam. I received an email from someone who stated that they “don’t write stories submitted by lawyers”, and “better luck next time”.

When is this going to work?
Loved the app when I first installed it, but it has not worked for over a year. What a shame, since the app was a useful, quick way to scroll legal issues and news. It looks like Law360 has abandoned its app.

Have you tried updating to the latest app version (3.5.0)? Stories not loading
As others have mentioned, stories are not loading on app anymore. Been a problem for several weeks. Surprisingly bad app for an otherwise strong outlet.
