Your charts make no sense…. One says 250 days average and the the one below says 365 days averages???? And then the one below that says 315 days… not worth the money… you need to explain way way better what the heck you mean

They don’t provide any exclusive information. It’s completely unclear where their numbers come from. Any information you can actually rely on is available from official sources—and you can access those yourself.
It may be a good platform for advertising and generating business for immigration attorneys, but it’s not very useful for people who are actually waiting for a decision on their case.
In my opinion, it’s expensive and doesn’t provide enough value to justify the cost.

Unclear benchmark numbers
It’s not clear what the numbers it reports are actually referring to. The whole point of this is to gushes when is your next step likely to happen and there is a “number of days” but it’s not clear which day this number is measured from, does it account for silent updates, etc.
Separate issue is it looks like it just updates whenever you open the app and doesn’t work in the background to keep your data updated for the app. If we wanted to log in every time, we’d just do it on the USCIS website.
