They won’t pay you!
You will only get paid for the first job if you complete a second. That illegal. If you dont want to be scammed for your hard work for very little money. Do not work for them!
Stay away. Not worth the hassle
You chase lawns that already mowed and do nothing for your team me or gas. If you recommend service for a customer and they accept it it after you mow and gone the give it to another contractor. They allow the customer to move there dates around or skip so you are always mowing tall grass putting strain on your equipment.

Everytime I try to log in it tells me I have the wrong app.

The app suddenly closed for no reason, and I lost contact with several clients. I regret not dealing directly with them. Terrible app — don’t download it, don’t waste your time or money. They give you a few clients, but when it’s time to get paid for your work, the app shuts down and leaves you without access.

I’ve been using this app for well over a year now and I’m about to rough with their predatory practices. Just yesterday I arrived on a job that they bumped up a week on my schedule without notifying me, when I arrived the grass was much taller than the customer had reported.. so I was report the long grass and take pictures and get to work, since I was basically having to go over it twice I ran out of daylight and the next day they removed it from my app gave it to another pro and refuse to pay me a dime! This is unbelievable and should be illegal…. How do you guys sleep at night?

Buggy App, Low/No Pay Jobs
App is very buggy. No notifications of new jobs via app. Often unable to select required drop downs and unable to type in required text fields. Only top tier pros receive text notifications.
First pay doesn’t come for 2-3 weeks, then paid only weekly. This is not disclosed until a few days after you complete your first job.
Support is in the Philippines. That call center supports multiple apps, so they aren’t specialists.
Many jobs are no pay because service isn’t required or lawn is overgrown, requiring approval before beginning. ZERO PAY for those visits. Imagine driving 40 miles four stops and only being paid for one of them.
Customers under describe what is required in order to pay less for service.
No transparency of reviews meaning you have no idea why you got a bad review just that you got one, leaving you with no opportunity to fix it.

The app was updated today, it lost tons of functionality, everything is behind three screens now, you have to click and click and click to do anything. I can’t read messages from my customers without getting an error. The map is ruined, this was a complete disaster and I hope this is not a permanent change.
