Bad Communication and Customer Service
I had a contractor come out and only mow the front yard. I filed a dispute so that the contractor would come back and mow my backyard. It never got resolved but the contractor marked it as resolved so the app automatically approved a charge to my card. There is no customer service to call you can only email. The concept is good but it’s poorly executed.

I had an appointment set for over 2 weeks and never got an update or quote. It’s like a lawn mowing brokerage that can’t get companies to commit to appointments
