Cannot add my provider
I have had a lawn care provider for the entire summer and the app will not let me add him as a provider so I can see the upcoming schedule. I emailed the app developer for help and received NONE. The emails I received were remarkably unhelpful and provided no information on how to fix the issue.
will charge your card without servicing
they will charge your credit card even though no one ever comes to perform the service. avoid a headache and use green pal instead
Fraud
I opened a job for someone to cut my lawn. The person who accepted was a no show. I emailed customer service to see how to cancel. Instead I got a reply back “I’ll do that for you right now” then a bill for $30 saying my job was completed. They included a photo of my house that they pulled off the internet from TWO YEARS ago as proof of the job they did yesterday. There is no one to contact and no one replies. This is a total fraud. DO NOT PUT YOUUR CREDIT CARD IN THIS APP.

Just don’t.
Said my lawn would be mowed within 24-36 hours. Never showed up. Customer service was awful through the app. Interface is garbage and communication wall is frustrating. Don’t waste your time. Also overpriced. I was charged extra to have the service expedited, only to have them not show up. Absolute trash.

App doesn’t work
This app couldn’t even find my address which is crazy. I reached out to Lawn Buddy twice with no response. Therefore I will not use this app.
