App no longer works
The Lawry’s VIP iPhone app stopped working this past summer. When you attempt to log-in you receive the message “ERROR-FORBIDDEN”. No matter how many times you delete the app and re-download, it still does not work. The website, however, works just fine and the restaurants can access your account. It’s just the iPhone app that no longer works. If Lawry’s no longer supports the iPhone app, which hasn’t been updated in 7 years anyway, then the app should be removed from the App Store and references to it on the website should be removed.

Broken/Dead App
I’ve been a Lawry’s VIP customer for nearly 20 years and have had this app on my phone for at least the last 5 years. This month, I tried accessing my account balance and was unable to login (Error: Forbidden). After confirming my credentials on the Lawry’s VIP website, and repeatedly deleting and reinstalling the app, I’ve come to realize that it’s simply no longer being supported by Lawry’s.

I SPEND entirely too much money with this restaurant for the app not to work properly!!!! You guys NEVER UPDATE the app! Create an update where we can make reservations without having to call and wait 20 MINS on hold!!!
Very basic
It doesn't show you your point history so you never know if your points are ever applied.
Does what it needs to but could be better
App page in App Store notes passbook support but I cannot find any way to add my VIP Card or Rewards Certificates to passbook. Would also be great if you added a page describing what level of VIP membership you are at and the benefits of all levels.
