You spend time working on a detailed trip, then it crashes and you lose the chat, itinerary, EVERYTHING!! Such a waste of time!!

If the app was recognizing the hotels in the conversation but then failing to place them properly in the itinerary, replacing them with other properties, or removing stays altogether, that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. We appreciate you taking the time to explain what happened. Feedback like this is extremely valuable, and we’ll share it with our development team so they can investigate and improve how existing hotel reservations are incorporated into trip plans. Great app and customer service.
Edited: June 9, after a quick chat with the support team I was able to log in with my email versus Google sign on and that connected my trip to my app!
