Over the last few months, every parcel delivered by Lazada (Lex) is delayed for such a long time. All I get is repeated messages of delivery failed due to ‘high parcel volume’ and a photo of a bunch of packages. I wouldn’t mind if of was every now and again, but it’s now EVERY time!
