الي بيعمل برنامج بعمل بشكل صح او برتاح
يحتاج الى تطوير واصلاح الاخطاء
اتمنى تفعيل البصمة او رمز الوجه.. لاني فعلته في الإعدادات وما زال لا يعمل ابدا.. وكذلك ربطه بالتوثيق الوطني اصبح من الصعب الدخول للبرنامج .. لدرجة اني كل مرة ابي ادخل يطلب مني اغير كلمة السر.. اتمنى تعديل البرنامج ليسهل الوصول للمعلومات الطبية وجزاكم الله خير

صارلي سنه احاول ادخل حسابي معلوماتي جميعها صحيحه ويرسل لي رمز الدخول على جوالي ويوم احط الزمز مايدخلني ولا شي، وصارلي سنين على هالحال، لا في تطور او تضبيط بصراحه ماستفدت ابدا من هالشي والى الان الخدامات متراجعه بشكل سلبي، يعني المريض الي مايقدر يووح المستشفى شلون راح يجوف نتايجه وهذا التطبيق الوحيد المتوفر والسيء والذي لا يمكن حتى تسجيل الدخول بسهوله

Radiology Reports REMOVED
Radiology reports feature under medical file has been omitted/removed, FAQ page still states Radiology Results feature is available in Lbaih version 2.0.0 onwards. Which is untrue!!!!

The app urgently needs a redesign based on common sense and industry best practices. The login process is unreasonable and overly complex, making it frustrating to access your health information easily.
Navigation is nearly impossible, and the features are severely limited despite HMC's claims of being "user-friendly." The biggest issue is the lack of a proper dashboard for lab results - there's no easy way to identify risks or high readings, which should be a basic feature for any healthcare app.
The development team should research successful patient apps from other countries and top hospitals worldwide. Modern healthcare apps offer intuitive navigation, clear visual hierarchies, and patient-centered design. This app feels outdated and poorly designed.

Frustrating
I’ve tried to create an account 5 times and each time when I get to a certain point it takes me back to the start page with a message that says “log in failed try again or contact us”I don’t understand if it’s the app or me.
One of the best app by HMC
My wife was pregnant recently and they introduced this app. It was a life saver. Thank you HMC

Login issue
App require each time login with password which I think must be one time done then it should not ask like other apps . No body likes login again and again when open app. Suggestion for improvement to make it Best
