Out of stock issue
This is not it, LBB. You made this huge fuss about Nykaa x LBB drop, made us register for the “Pre-access”, to wait for a mail sharp 1:30PM on Friday. But you mailed late and even after opening the link, the minute I got it, the payment page goes blank and then it says out of stock! How is it that the stock is out, even before a person can place an order ? If you don’t keep even a few amount of stock, why do you hype it up so much ? What’s the point of this “pre-access” gimmick ? Just to get more app downloads ?

Scam!
They generate so much hype for the LBB X Nykaa box. We got the email for the box at 1:39 PM and I was on the website by 1:40 PM and yet still somehow the box was out of stock. I’m guessing they don’t stock more than five or 10 boxes. So that brings me to my point if they do have such less number of boxes in stock, why do they promote it so heavily? Scam! It’s just for getting us to download their app and increase the link clicks.

Confusing AF !!
I never really understood what this app does. It is so complex to navigate, search throws even wild results. It used to have a marketplace but now even that’s gone. I mean is it a blog or is it for shopping? I finally deleted it after wasting 5 minutes and 2 mins more for writing this. I mean Cred does the same thing and soo simple to explore. Apple should have worst App awards, and I know who will win.

This app is a delight to use
Very creative idea by the developers because this was something what i needed exactly. Also an idea for the developers, once it grows do think about its advertising pov and also tieup with ticketing platforms. Would want to see this grow :). Also please make sure the people who are writing the articles are genuine and the correct people to describe evrything.
Also i will recommend if you make the explore part as the primary thing once we enter the app rather than shopping.

Extremely disappointing and bad experience
I asked the customer rep to call me since I wanted to know more details about placing an order.. after repeatedly asking her to call, she sends me steps to place an order like an new to ordering things online. When I told her am disappointed with her service and I deleted the app, she the starts calling me. It was my first and horrible experience. Am never gonna download this app again nor would I recommend it to anyone
