Awesome app but doesn’t store card details or allow apple pay

The app is really good. Clean. Fast. Handy to find swim sessions. I just wish it took ApplePay. The payment flow is really annoying!

Cannot Book - password reset form is broken
I have had this problem for a while where I have an old account with LBRUT - I cannot remember the password so I choose to ‘reset password’ - the app tells me it’s sent a ‘password change request’ to my email, but it never arrives. Nothing in Junk folder. I’ve tried multiple times, so something here is very broken. I try to create a new account but it won’t allow that since it recognises I have an existing account with those same details. Wastes a lot of time going round in circles. Instead I simply call the pool and book/pay on the phone.

Not really surprised at a unsuccessful app made in connection with the council…….

Generally very user friendly. Would be helpful not to have to re input card details every time

then they charge you £2 for not turning up,
if they havent justified payin £10 for a swim anyway, richmond swimming pool what a rip of for people out of your borough

Despite several visits to the leisure centre snd email correspondence I continue to be unable to use this app.

Terrible site for getting registered.

The system doesn’t join up very well with your account and logs you out every time. You can make bookings and then not have any access to them. There is no facility to use the Richmond card either… as far as I can see
Why can’t I change my password?
I can never log in or change my password

It’s useless. Password recovery requires you to know your membership number….
Frustrating
Please save card details or allow Apple Pay else then whole app is rather pointless as may as well just do it online
Payment processing is terrible
This is a great app for seeing class times and planning when you will attend a session. But the payment process is terrible. You cannot save a card to your account. You cannot use Apple Pay. So everytime you book a class or swim you have to have your credit card to hand and re-input all the details, address etc. Even though you have an account. Frustrating.

Needs updating
The app urgently needs the following improvements
1: ability to book several items via a basket or similar before payment
2: ability to remember card details or direct debit so payments details don’t have to be input all the time
3: ability to look up the timetable when booking a swim session so one can see what else is going on at the pool during the session (eg whether schools are in or not at the same time)
4: also would appreciate the ability to buy packs of ten sessions or similar discount ability

Good to book.
Easy to book at any time you want. Not possible to swap days or sell back the ticket at least not possible yet.
