Great app
I visited OneWelbeck for a procedure and this app was extremely useful for providing information and guidance in the lead up. I was able to complete the pre-questionnaire within the app and generally found it extremely helpful as a quick reference rather than digging through emails.

Register button is disabled after entering all necessary fields
Poor usability
Downloaded the app 2 years ago and it was fine. I had another appointment today and had to complete a form on the app.
The app doesn't work anymore, nor are there any upgrade links sent to me. Clicked app support and the page doesn't render!!

Very buggy
It hangs at registration form without showing any error when the password doesn’t meet the criteria. Also the app crashes when I click “treatment details“.
Does not work
Registration code does not work. I am a product manager in tech so this on you. There is a higher bar for medical / paid services apps than regular consumer apps. Do not publish it if it wastes people time and energy. Disappointing.
