Cannot create account

I’m trying to access the app to make payments on rent and to be able to get into the gym. Every time my partner and I put in our emails to create an account it pops up an alert
“Oops
Sorry, we couldn’t process your request.”

Can’t even try and log in or sign up

Can’t do forgot password for an old account after moving communities, and can’t try and sign up again with our secondary email.

Missing labels and invisible text make it unusable

Newest release caused all the labels for the unlock door buttons to disappear. Text on the login screen also doesn’t show up. Pretty embarrassing that this got missed during testing and made it out the door. Confirmed with other users this isn’t isolated to me either.
