Doesn’t recognize me
It says to enter SSN w/o spaces and dashes but enters them automatically.
Can’t login
When trying to set up my account, and filling all the correct account information, the app wants to send a text to a phone number that isn’t mine.
Unable to use
App just says “you are not entitled for mobile banking” :(
