App is limited
Very limited functionality. Would love to at least see how much gas my house is using from one day to the next.

This app is strange. UI is off from the first screen. And it doesn’t really give you anything that you cannot do in other ways like using the website directly.
Someone else has mentioned the 2 dollar convenience fee when you pay online. I don’t really understand this: the convenience is not only for me but for you as well, you don’t need to send me a bill since I opted in to e-bills. But I end up paying 2 extra bucks.
