Please contact support at support@ldstithingreport.com and I can help you find it. The data works. To export your data you go to settings and click on export data to email. If you are referring to the info in the app you just need to login and all stored data will be shown. Please let me know if you need more assistance. If something doesn't work please allow us to fix it.

No longer works

We loved having this app to help us keep track of our tithing. However I haven’t been unable to add any info since the new year. I attempted to go to app support, but noticed that the page it sent me to was unavailable. I can only conclude that this app is no longer kept up and I will have to find another way to keep track of our tithing.

Hi. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Our site was down for a few days but is back up. Did you change the year in settings? If it still doesn't work please allow us to fix it.

Not Working

When I login I like it is a white screen. I can’t find anyone to help me get this issue resolved. I have used this app in the past and that’s been wonderful I don’t know why it has changed.

So simple and useful

This app has been a wonderful tool. Could I make a spreadsheet to do the same thing? Sure. But this makes it so easy - just open the app and record your income, automatically calculates your tithing, and you can record when/what tithing you have paid. Been using it for a few years and will probably always use it.

Worth every penny! ($3/year pretty much anyone can afford that!)

I am so sorry. Everything worked during testing but when it went live bugs came out and we have worked really hard to fix them. With the newest update 4.5 the app works great. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. For your trouble I would like to offer a few free months subscription. Please let me know by contacting me from my website contact us page.

Intermittent

I installed the app entered my data. Close the App tried opening it got the log on screen then went blank weight screen. Deleted the app reloaded same problem occurred. Too bad looked like I need to go back to Microsoft Excel

Fantastic app

I love not having the yellow receipts everywhere or having to look at my bank statement to see how much I made. Now I input it and I always know how much tithing I owe. Love the app.

Deleting app

I am deleting this app because it no longer works on my phone, when I was able to use it it worked great. My phone has been updated to iOS 14.5 so I don’t know if the app is compatible anymore. Please fix it. I have also not seen any sign of a brand new app.

Very useful

Like most people I download apps to make my life easier or to entertain myself. This one is one of the good ones and definitely worth the money. From start to finish this app is really easy to use and very appropriately designed for members of the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints. I like the fact that you can always have your data available with my wife and all my kids and their busy lives. It made it so easy with tithing settlement to click a few buttons. This is one of the good ones and well worth that small investment.

Best tithing app ever!

I love this app and I have used for at least 3 or 4 years now. It keeps all of my tithing records in one place and helps me know when I’m behind, ahead, or right on schedule with my tithing. It is definitely worth the $2.99 a year to keep this app. I am seriously lost with this app. It was out of service for a bit with the new iPhone 11 update and I lost some of my records. I emailed the designer and he updated the app so now you log in and will never lose your data again and he gave me a free subscription for a year. Thank you!! Great people to work with, great app! It makes life easier. Exactly what I need. Get it if you don’t have it yet.

Love this app!

I love everything about this app! There were issues and I was responded to quickly. I was grateful to be updated about the status of fixing the bugs in it. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and the help I received. I very HIGHLY recommend this app. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

Helpful App!

I’m confused by the negative reviews of this app. I’ve been using it for more than a year, and it’s been helpful for me to keep track of what I’ve earned from little side jobs or babysitting, etc. I like to pay my tithing separately from my husband’s so I can better keep track of what I’ve paid and make sure I’m a full tithe payer and using this app makes it an easy all-in-one place to record my income, use the link to take me to the church website to pay my tithing, record that it’s been paid and to keep track of how much I’ve paid.

This app isn’t some scam, and yes, you can do it all online via the church’s website, but for a couple of bucks a year, I like the convenience this little app provides. The description is pretty straightforward, so again, not sure how someone could be confused as to what the app is or isn’t. Basically, if you want an easy way to keep track of your earnings and tithing, and don’t mind paying a couple of dollars a year, this is the app for you. If you prefer doing everything via the church’s website, go for it. That’s what works for you.

The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because I have had issues at times logging in or getting it to sync. Other than that, it’s been great!

Waste of money

I purchased this twice accidentally. When I went to click on any of the features, it would not do anything or move forward, or go to any links.

Worked great until it didn’t

The only reason this app has two stars is because it worked great for me for the year it worked. It then renewed my yearly subscription and I cannot get in anymore. It asks me to select the plan, I select the yearly plan, it tells me I already have it, and then tells me it can’t connect to the App Store and then that’s it. I tried emailing them and haven’t heard back. I have tried offloading the app and reinstalling it and that didn’t fix anything. I will change this rating to five stars if it ever works for me again.

This app is NOT an official app of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. DO NOT submit your tithing to this app.
It is good that you have added the above disclaimer. It’s about time. The title of your app gives the impression that one is actually making a donation. The official app for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is all that is needed! One does NOT need an app such as yours. I was very worried after I tried making a tithing donation using your app, and spent a lot of time making sure I didn’t give any banking info. Your app is very misleading and totally unnecessary. You should discontinue it, is my recommendation.

Hi. I am very surprised by this review. This app is for recording only. Record your donations, income and much more. We do NOT ask for banking or personal info nor have we claimed to be or in anyway represent the church. If you look in the donation box you'll see a link to the church's secure website to pay tithing. We like many apps are here to help members. The game apps for kids, living scripture etc are just for members use. None of use are claiming any official capacity. We have updated the app, available in a few days, which makes it clear we are for record keeping only. I am sorry you felt the app was anything other then for record keeping. I would like to know what made you come to this discovery.
