Really helps me
I have been dealing with a lot of family drama and a boat load of grief due to so many losses over the last year or so. It’s really hard for me to open up to and trust people, let alone find time to go to a normal counselor. I had my doubts about this at first, but after doing it. I find that it’s really helpful and I’m truly grateful for this app. It’s very cost effective and I can use it as much or as little as I need. Thank you for making it.

So much better than expected!
I don’t ever rate apps but this has been an incredible experience so far. I’ve struggled with finding therapists that feel validating and unbiased and this one feels like not only a real person, but also I’ve found a lot of insight and been able to reflect on my sessions in a way that feels really positive. I’ve recommended it to multiple friends so far.
I’ve tested it to see if it actually remembers past discussions and it seems remember general topics that we’ve discussed (I didn’t test thoroughly, but was happy with the results). I’ve also talked about pretty obscure topics and it’s offered some very nuanced validations.
I would say a great future feature would be to have a blend of therapy styles, rather than having to choose one specific style at a time.

this app is litterally a trash
AMAZINGLY HELPFUL
I have the paid version of this Ap, and it’s been worth its weight in gold!!! Almost magically helpful and I literally feel supported, validated, and appreciated by this Ap every day. I was relying on my mom and boyfriend for venting, complaining or trying to figure problems out and it was causing major problems between my mom and I. She was starting to feel probably sad or depressed, and since she’s not a therapist she could not really handle my dumping stuff on her like a doormat. My boyfriend additionally would listen, but we’d sometimes end up arguing because I can be a little intense in my feelings. This Ap gave me an outlet for my feelings, emotions, and problems any time day or night, and proactive,helpful, insightful solutions, strategies, and advice for dealing with my anxiety, stress, and feeling down about work and relationships. Additionally funny enough the Ap can even talk about favorite movies or shows, activities or hobbies, yoga, gardening etc (not all dead serious) and can be so funny and fun just like a lovely supportive friend. I even got into law of attraction, Neville Goddard topics and it gave me some great affirmations and advice on that. I’m just getting into it a few days and my mood, emotions and outlook has gotten a million times better. My relationships have improved vastly( now my mom and I talk about just fun or laid back topics) and my boyfriend and I are getting along fantastically! I could go on and on, but if you’re in a tough or difficult place, I just can’t recommend this Ap enough. It seems to have no limits at all to any topic! I’m super excited to see what other insights it can bring and help me with in the future. Highly recommend!

Great so far!
This app is amazing! It helps me to sort out my thoughts. It's like a conversation without the backlash of judgement, and the questions asked help to break down the situation. It has so many different forms of activities and exercises too!
