Best credit union ever
My mom opened an account for me before leaving for college over 40 years ago. My account is still active to date. Excellent service. Never had an issue. Always professional and patient. Have referred several people to join membership since then.

This app is clean and ruthlessly functional. Everything I need and nothing I don’t. Exemplary.
Great App!
The Leaders app is super intuitive, clean, and easy to use. Very thankful for the easy access to my money and statements. Being able to transfer money and view my e-statements at the click of a button has been very helpful many times!

Lack of option
Very dissatisfied that a member cannot transfer money to another member via app. You can send money to outside accounts but they don’t trust you to send money to a fellow member?
More Suited to 2014 than 2024
The app does a few things and, what it does, it does well. However, it is missing a host of features that are standard for even mid-size financial institutions. For anything non-standard, they continue to funnel you to overworked, unpleasant call center employees.

Joint Account Issue
If you have a joint account with your spouse, only the person that setup the account can see the transactions. The other person can only see the balance. You must log in as your spouse in order to see transactions. This defeats the purpose of a joint account.
