About

Leadership Tracker is an independent productivity app for volunteer congregational leadership. It's free, needs no account, and anyone can download and use it — there's no registration, invitation, or affiliation required. Written for ward bishoprics and stake presidencies in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it replaces two things every bishopric improvises: the callings and interviews spreadsheet, and the weekly printed agenda book. In their place, one shared tracker that's planned ahead, reminds you before things slip, and syncs to your calendar. You can use it two ways: • On-device only — no account, no cloud, no sharing. All records stay on your iPhone or iPad, covered by iCloud Backup. • Connected to a Google Drive folder you own — collaborate with your presidency in real time. Either way, nothing is uploaded to our servers — in fact, there are no servers. Just the app, your device, and (if you choose) your Drive folder. CALLINGS • Track each calling from leadership approval through LCR update • Per-calling toggles for the workflow steps your organization requires (defaults differ for wards and stakes) • A per-step status strip shows at a glance who is waiting on what INTERVIEWS & SCHEDULE • One worklist: recurring interviews, one-time interviews, and calling interviews/releases, sorted by date • Cadences that rotate automatically between president and counselors; appointments with date, time, and duration • Missed appointments surface automatically; full searchable history CALENDAR (optional) • Link your presidency's shared calendar and booked appointments land on it, color-coded by who conducts • A day timeline shows existing events so you never double-book a room or a leader MEETINGS • Plan sacrament and leadership meetings: hymns (built-in hymn catalog), speakers, prayers, and business items — baptisms, baby blessings, advancements, releases, sustainings, announcements • Print or share a clean conducting agenda PDF • Confirmation tracking for speakers and prayers, with a needs-attention view before Sunday MEMBER LIST & ONE-TAP CONTACT (optional) • Import your unit's member list from the LCR directory PDF — parsed on your device; name fields then suggest members as you type • With phone and email included, call, text, or email a speaker or prayer assignee in one tap REMINDERS (optional, off by default) • On-device notifications for interviews to schedule, meetings needing prep, and callings stuck on a step SHARED WORK (Drive mode) • Multiple leaders edit the same folder; changes save in the background and merge safely, prompting only on a true conflict • Edits appear on other devices within seconds DATA OWNERSHIP • Your records live on your device or in your Drive folder — read, share, or move them any time • Deletes use Google Drive Trash (recoverable 30 days); automatic archiving keeps active lists focused DESIGNED FOR iPHONE AND iPAD • Phone and iPad layouts; portrait and landscape; light and dark themes • Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French PRIVACY • On-device mode requires no account • Drive mode uses the drive.file scope (only the folder you choose); calendar access only if you link a calendar • No servers, no advertising, no third-party analytics, no in-app purchases Leadership Tracker is independently built and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

What's New in Leadership Tracker

Google Calendar and the app now stay in step. • A change or deletion made directly in Google Calendar is called out on the Schedule row. A deleted event is never removed silently — the app tells you and leaves the decision to you. • An appointment moved in Google Calendar updates itself to match. • Rescheduling in the app now updates the existing calendar event instead of deleting and recreating it, so guests, notes and reminders survive — and attendees no longer get a cancellation followed by a fresh invitation. Fixes • Meetings, callings and interviews that had disappeared are restored. A record filed away by two devices at the same time could end up hidden from every screen with no way to bring it back. The app now finds and recovers anything affected, automatically and in the background. • Archiving no longer risks deleting the record. Archiving a meeting, calling or interview immediately after editing it could delete it instead of filing it away. (Google Drive storage only.) • Being offline is no longer mistaken for a signed-out session. A device on Wi-Fi that could not reach the internet could be told its sign-in had been revoked. The app now keeps working from its local copy and retries in the background. • Syncing is faster and uses much less data.
