Leadership Next is a leadership development programme that is exploratory in nature. It is designed as an action research initiative with the purpose to research on approaches, technologies and tools that work in leadership development and support survivors of human trafficking strengthen their leadership, organize themselves to build individual and collective strength and resilience.
