Why does opening this app cut off Spotify audio? Also: Need to be able to sort my stays by check in date- instead of this disorganized disaster of this app
Not working properly
Each time I open the app on cellular data, it says I’m not connected. It will not let me access the app unless I’m on WiFi.

Doesn’t always show availability - just blanks after choosing dates and setting number of rooms and adults.
Latest update failed
Before the update, the app was working adequately. Showing my bookings, easy to search new potential bookings. However since the update 2 days ago the app keeps freezing. It can’t recall my existing bookings, and loses search history. Needs another bug fix update!
App ISSUES
Stays do not sort into chronological order of arrival date. Which is absurd. So it’s just a jumbled mess. Additionally, whenever opening the LHW app, it cuts any music or sound from another app- which is completely unnecessary, as there is zero sound component to the LHW app. Please fix.

Apple wallet support
I hope there is a feature to add my membership card to apple wallet.
Very poor
Encouraged by the hotel to sign up but they can’t add my current stay to the account - hardly makes me feel welcome. Also a very, very slow app. Search functionality is very poor.
Fails to load, hangs
The app basically fails to load, it gets to a white screen then hangs .. utterly useless app

Extremely frustrating that the LHW app continues just to white screen on opening. Please get this fixed so we can see our reservations.

Always very glitchy. Mostly just get a white page on start and never opens. Please fix. Not okay for an establishment like LHW.
