Mobile app works 5% of the time
Please put some time and development into allowing your mobile app to actually function like baseline function 95% of the time the application won’t even open. It’s imperative that this is usable in the field, especially if you’re using emails and processes. Not being able to check your email unless you’re in front of your computer defeats the purpose. The point of using the system is for efficiency and this is extremely inefficient.

App crashes often
This is a really good CRM if you’re using it just on the desktop, but on the app, it crashes often which is disruptive to workflow
Specifically clicking a link in the crm leading to Canva or pricelabs
You have to entirely delete the app and re download to simply get back logged in to the home page when opening the app

Don’t use this service
Be cautious when signing up for this service. They will charge you an implementation fee plus a monthly service fee during buildout. It’s very scammy, so far my experience with the platform is that it is limited in use and that their staff is not very helpful. They are also aggressive with pricing and will not work with their customers for issues. To be clear, DO NOT pay any implementation fee it’s a scam. You can setup the processes on your own and save that money. It took us 5 months to build out our processes and they’re still knot operational. They billed us $8,000 to implement and then charged us full monthly fees during buildout so it’s essentially costed us over $15k to implement.

Lead Claiming
If you work on a team or competitive environment lead claiming can be problematic. Sometimes when claiming leads via text notification the app or website will crash making you lose out on the lead.
Stuck
Don’t click on communication history within a lead, because it will trap you there without any way to back out. Even restarting the app and entire device doesn’t reset it. You’ll have to delete the app and reinstall. Not ideal :)
