Needs more features
I’ve been entering my drinks in the Leaf app for almost FOUR YEARS now.
The positive is that it’s easy to use - I don’t know if I’ve maintained any kind of good habit electronically for that long.
The frustration for me now is that there is a lot of data in there about my drinking habits that isn’t being used. The app needs to step it up a level by having some graphs or something so I can compare the months and years. This would be really interesting and I think would help give me goals Eg April is a big drinking month (birthdays, easter and other holidays). Would be interesting to know my average April drink amount and try and reduce that number. Did I drink less in 2019 than 2020? Would be great if the app could tell me!

Good drink app
I used to use NHS Tracker but this does not work on iPhone 6 with iOS 8. This is better but the reports were nearly always blank even though the numbers are there. Thanks for fixing this. Another bug is when travelling from UK to USA the time/day gets overlapping/confused. Please fix this then it will get better reviews.
Update - they fixed the date but like other reviewers the date on the calendar is correct and putting in drinks are on the correct date. However when reviewing drinks over the last week it is one day advanced so drinking is for example completed for Friday when only up to Thursday input! Please fix this. Also average units for the week as well as per drink day would be helpful. Otherwise it is good.
New update - it locks up on IOS13. Can you fix this!
UPDATE - it no longer works properly in iOS14.1 as you can’t put in data a few days ago or even review it!

Link to action for change corrupted
The app is useful but when I click the link at the bottom to take me to action for change it takes me to a chinese website with chinese text and it is not secure. Can this be fixed?
Too complicated, too many steps
This app is such a pain. It calculates units based on percentage of alcohol and milliliters of alcohol, so you need to do all kinds of calculating to figure out calories and percentages and volumes and everything just to enter one drink. If I were drunk I just wouldn’t bother. I just wanted an app that counts my drinks and this is not it.

Great app but Reports still off
I think this app is great and keeps it simple. But the dates are still off on the reports. It’s a little frustrating.
Insulted by an app?
Great concept and description. Thought it would be useful to have a little side help as alcohol decreases your judgement so something to track and give you the facts as you go may be better than your brain on alcohol. However; App falls short in many ways. Very basic, insinuated I had a problem from the get go-without even adding anything into the calendar. Wanted to set a goal or figure out what limit on a night out should be and simply told me to slow down and take a break. All of this within 3 minutes of downloading and looking at the drink tab.

Bugs need fixing
I liked this app until it stopped working. Days changed color and wouldn’t track any drinks, so the app was then useless.
This is no use
I can’t get it to syncretise across devices so end up double handling entries.
I’m deleting it.

Easy, simple, and well-designed
This is the best sobriety app I’ve tried. It has a user-friendly layout, simple and intuitive graphics, a tracking system that’s easy to maintain, and the app icon itself is discreet.
Sketchy
Still puts the data onto the wrong day in the charts. Pretty weak.
Editing
I could not work out how to delete a drink if I had recorded one in error. Ended up removing the app as this was such a problem
Decent but needs better summary tools
I moved over from the disaster that is the NHS app and this works well. It's easy to add drinks.
However it needs better summary tools so you can see how much you're drinking over time. At the moment it only shows you a week by week summary that you have to scroll page by page. It should have a summary of all weeks on one screen with green, yellow and red flags so you can see how much you're over (or under!) drinking over time. Also a summary page by month would be good and some way of exporting the data.

Simple and works for me
I really like this app. I wanted to be able to record whether I drink or not each day and be able to see these on a calendar. The drinks are easy to add and the app is simple to update daily. I've never had any tech issues with it and recommend it.
Useful, but with clear ways to improve
This app is very useful and an obvious value, but it could use some cleaning up. For instance, the weekly bar chart shifts the data by one day. Is any maintenance being done on the app?
Measuring is the first step
I'm not sure if I want or need to cut down on my drinking. This app isn't flawless but it does make it easy for me to record yesterday's drinking each day. I can see what normal days look like. I can see what very social days look like. It's already helping me spot patterns after three weeks. Types of days when I could put a limit on my drinks to bring things into better alignment. Wish there were more info built in about what my target should be. Also some week-long or month-long challenges with support of other users would be great. Like a challenge to get in two non-drinking days per week for a month. The app could use refinement but I'm pretty happy with the functionality as it stands. I give it a lot of credit for doing what it does for the reasonable price tag of $0.

Add / remove drinks
Cannot remove drinks if you accidentally add one, which is an easy mistake with this app. Poor usability, in an otherwise quite good drinks tracker.
Exactly what I've been looking for
I wanted an app that has a colour coded calendar to visually track how I'm doing on controlling drinking....green/good, red/bad, etc. this does it and some other good features as well....
Promise, but too buggy
This app has most of the features I'd like, but after 1 day it became too buggy to use. It started crashing anytime I tried to record a drink. Also would be nice to be able to erase or modify a drink in case of incorrect entry.
Keeps crashing
I have been completing every day and today when I hit the plus sign to add a drink it flips out and crashes which is really really annoying as I had spent ages customising the drinks list to include all of the calories and prices etc.
System Flaw
App seemed to be working well, offering suggestions abt when to slow down/stop drinking for the night but then my phone died so I ended up blacking out anyway
