I was so excited to get back into this game in both the PC and mobile; however, I discovered that that riot games completely changed the back story on the mobile app and water down the backstory on their site. People wanting to erase others has always been a thing, but allowing that erasure is the most unfortunate and never forgivable.

Bottling/cheating
You cannot enjoy this game because of the lack of control the creators have over ppl intentionally throwing matches. Why am I losing rank because someone is intentionally not playing?

RANK BROKEN TRASH
Matchmaking and rank broken. Combining the servers is even more terrible. Bunch of terrible trolls bots and tutorial players every match. Riot also rigs rank and cheats if you win too much. More than 50% win rate they will pair you with a bunch of bad teams on purpose. Rank is a joke and everyone gets carried. They should be in pvp not rank. Terrible and toxic game. Money grabbing riot now.

Customer support quality is very POOR!
Hi,
I have reached out to the customer support team for help with my region of residence changes and it was a nightmare! The reply email was very confusing and in poor quality (using templates from other games, copy and paste without edit, asking the same information several time, different agent everytime,…)
I understand the use of a BPO company to help with customer support, but the way they handle this case is very unprofessional. Please help so I can continue to make purchase in game.

Great alternative to the rift who don’t have access to a PC.
It’s a shame it didn’t come out earlier, but it’s great fun and pretty true to the original even with all its differences. People say OCE server is dead but it’s not that bad
Unable to play
The game used to work but it’s crashed every time I’ve tried to start a game in the last six months. As soon as the game starts a match the app shuts down and refuses to open again. I now have penalties on my account for afk/leaving because the app hasn’t been stable. The trouble shooter says it’s network issues but i don’t have issues with any other game. I’ve tried two different devices, both compatible, but I have the same issue

Why am I allowed to load into a game if I have to spend THE ENTIRE GAME downloading "core battlefield assets" ??? Why is that not included in the download that says you can play standard matches.

Waste of the time. 90% of times you play against overpowered bots. I have no idea why producers allow this or maybe its actually their doing to keep you from winning.
Widespread cheating has ruined this game. Matches are flooded with immortal or overpowered players and highly synchronized bot-like teams that track and target you unnaturally. Casual players may find the graphics and mechanics okay for mindless play, but those seeking skill growth or real match control will be frustrated. Major changes are urgently needed, or player loss will only worsen the bot problem.
Its 10th time when Im posting my opinion and it always disappears - strange init?

Time waster.
Wild Rift is a great game ruined by matchmaking and autofill.
I’m an adult with limited free time. If I queue for mid, I want to play mid. I would happily wait a few extra minutes instead of being autofilled into support or getting a jungler who was autofilled, doesn’t know the role, and ruins the match.
The worst part is that games last around 20 minutes. Once a match is obviously lost, you still can’t leave without being punished, so you’re forced to spend another 10–15 minutes going through the motions and waiting for the defeat.
I don’t mind losing when both teams had a fair game. I do mind wasting my limited free time because the matchmaking system assigned people to roles they never wanted to play.
Give us an option to wait longer for guaranteed roles and better-balanced teams. Until then, I’m staying uninstalled.

Good but matchmaking is trash
Almost every single game I get 4 teammates that are so terrible they could easily be bots yet the other team is always full of sweaty try hards. And that’s just casuals, ranked is even worse. 5 star potential but the matchmaking is so terrible that’s it’s unplayable. I would give this 0 stars if I could
