Terrible Communication app!
How do you have a chat application with no emoji response options?! Sometimes people just need to be able to show that they agree or like something. It’s a way of acknowledgment without having to type something in the chat and take over a conversation. Please fix this!
Also, allow a way to edit or delete your own message in case you’ve made a mistake. These are basics!

Awful experience - app is garbage
New review update after a year. New phone. New iOS. New app version. Same garbage app experience. It continues to log me out constantly, and I have to retype the full login credentials every time to get back in. I’ve had to sign into this multiple times each week. At the start of practice I’ll pull it up to check kids in, then 10 min later a kid shows up late or I want to double check who had RSVP’d again and I’m logged out. Then I have to type in my full email and long password during practice to get back in because IT DOESNT SAVE LOGIN AND PASSWORD?!?!
Worse is it consistently gives other errors. I’ll go days at a time where it won’t log me in because it says my email or password are incorrect, even when I know 100% they are entered correctly. This app is garbage.
They finally got Face ID login as part of the app which I thought would solve things, but that stops working as well. First I had to figure out that I needed to click the button to trigger face id login. But then randomly it will try to log me in and then that button disappears and I have to type credentials in again! Then Face ID just doesn’t seem to be part of the app any more for days until it randomly shows up as a login option again. Garbage.
I had another instance where I spent two days unable to communicate or get into the app because it said I needed to register for an active program. Both my organization and League apps support confirmed I was in the system as a coach, and it had been working for weeks already. Garbage.
Also, it randomly shows me a red notification dot, but when I load the app there is nothing new. No messages, no clear idea of what changed. Garbage.
The idea of this app is great, but it is hot steaming garbage and creates more stress when I consistently cant communicate with my team… like I’m dealing with again at this moment. Hot steaming garbage.

I do not understand how this app has such high ratings. The idea in theory is great, but this app is horribly designed, has a poor user interface, and does not have parity across android and iPhone devices. Several other apps do a much better job with messaging, making events, RSVPing, for events, etc.
My number one complaint, is that it doesn’t keep me logged in and doesn’t remember my login info on the iPhone. So many times I come back to open the app and it requires me to type in my full email and password every time. No option to have it saved in the phone, or sign in with FaceTime.
Second biggest complaint is the chat functionality within our team. It appears that anyone with an android phone cannot individually chat with the coach or anyone else. They can see the team general chat, but cannot chat one on one with anyone. How in the world is this acceptable? Also, as a coach in the team, when I send a chat to the team chat it tells me that several people can’t see it because they’re not using the app and to let them know. But it doesn’t tell me who on the roster isn’t getting the message. And there’s no way to email users, or see their emails to know how to contact them.
Again, other similar style group team apps are way way better than this. Some even show you who has read the messages you sent.
Our rec league is using this as the primary sign-up system for teams and games, and is also using it for the team communication and scheduling. The coaches can’t enter practice schedules and can’t communicate easily with everyone.
Compared to other similar apps I’ve used, I would give this zero stars if I could. Unacceptable lack of features or poorly designed implementation of the primary features this type of app should have. I encourage the app designers to go download and use all the other group/team apps like this and take some notes.

Serviceable
App works but has a bunch of UX issues that make it frustrating to use.
1) cant configure notifications in any meaningful manner

Great app and awesome to see what’s happen with all the sports.
The messages section could use some basic functions. Like mass deleting. It’s a lot of ads and hard to see important messages. Pining messages could be a great option too.

Message Notifications don’t clear
The app does a decent job. However if you are one of those people that try to keep the notification alerts to a minimum this app will drive you nuts! Numerous times it says there is a notification but when you go into the app there is nothing! Drives me crazy as it never clears.
Unreliable league app
Subscribed and then league got canceled without notice. I was never informed about anything, and people do not respond in the chat either. Looks mostly like a scam?
Can’t save my login
Fair scheduling app. But I can’t tell how many times I have had to reset my password because the app won’t save my login info. Works ok online but the app is effectively useless. Have had to change the password so many times with different variations that I can’t remember what the current version is. Way too frustrating way to confirm that my kid is going to make it to soccer practice.

Missing key intuitive user experience details
The app is missing key intuitive user interface detail.
You can’t find if the game is Home vs Away - so every time you have to ask coach about it, why not just make that field mandatory so whoever is filling game information fills it every time.
The color theme is messy - it is hard to read green letters on black background. It will be great if you give options to choose theme instead of stressing eyes to read green on black.
The date/time and location are the most important details I want to find easily but they are so tiny - increase tgat font size.

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used
There is no link to actual player or team. The website is just as terrible!! I dare the developer to actually use the platforms for their child.
Decent app but a lot of bugs
Like the calendar feature. Easy to get around. It misses key group messaging features in the chat. There are always notification bugs. The app constantly signs you out. Constantly have to force close it.

Worst app for anything but MAYBE financial aspects
This is truly one of the worst apps I have had the experience of using in all of my time coaching. I do understand that the financial aspect might be absolutely amazing, but the communication side is horrid. The calendar might be worse. The chat/communication side is no different than creating a group text except at least in a group text. You can reply to a specific message. This app needs to be more like the others for communication and scheduling, like team snap and sports you.. Where you can post a message and people can comment on just that message. When you have multiple topics going on, it’s near impossible to follow, and therefore people tend to ignore him. I use this app because I am required to, but I will send majority of my communication via email and through this app. I’m simply going to use it to tell my parents to check their email. Google calendar is better than their calendar. You put an activity in, you’re lucky if it shows up. Or it won’t show up for quite a while and then there will be three of the same. You try to delete one sometimes it only deletes one, but when you go to delete the second, the other two delete. And then you’re stuck with nothing. It is not usable online, which is where a lot of people spend their day, in front of a computer screen. LeaugeApp needs to do better. A lot better. I would give it negative stars if I could it is beyond frustrating.

Feature rich but not so intuitive design
Has many great features but the app doesn’t have an intuitive design. The important details like home game, maps could have been highlighted better. Hard to read green text in black background, especially when font is small.

Works when it works
Constantly logged out. Says password and username are incorrect, when they are correct. Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to get the app to work.
Spam Emails
Very disappointed! App is scattered, disorganized. Shouldn’t have to do laps to get to dashboard but here we are. App also causes massive spam inappropriate emails sent to your email address!!!

Doesn’t work 90% of the time
This app frustrates me so much! I miss important team information because it’s not working 90% of the time! One of my teams ended up doing a group text chat instead. Fix this please!!!

Please provide ability to delete all messages with one action.
Works 10% of the time
We always get about 1/4 the way through our tournaments and this app starts kicking people off, won’t let them log in and won’t let them reset their password… defeating the purpose of the app.
