Poor customer service
I have used leauge safe for years. They love to take your money when you pay in and when you cash out. I had an issue with a late payout for leauge mate in a league. Customer service refused to use common sense to aid my profile.

This app is filled with hidden fees. There is a $2.50 service fee when each member pays in, plus a $5 service fee when each member is paid out. For my ten man league that is $40 for one year of use!These fees are truly hidden, they don’t pop up until league members have already joined. Truly shady, scummy business model.
There is also a lengthy identity verification process when members are paid out. (After you’ve already paid in!) the whole point is to make the process easier!
This app nickled and dimed me and my league mates and we will not be using it next year. You’re better off using a high yield savings account and calling it a day.

Money distribution
DO NOT use this service. They do not have a customer service number for you to call if you have issues. They DO NOT respond to emails or help tickets that you open. DO NOT trust this service .
Watch Out For The Fee's!!
They charge you to deposit, which makes sense. But then the cash out process can be tricky and they charge the person who won to cash out. Using the app is a little more cumbersome than it needs to be. I would not recommend.

The app has been glitching & not processing approves for the past 6 hours .
Response to issues
Had a few glitches contacted support and no response. When customers have money on the line support responses and resolution should be top priority.
DO NOT USE
LeagueSafe is frustratingly unreliable. I spent over an hour trying to process payouts, only to be met with a blank white screen, endless loading loops, and repeated redirects back to the landing page when attempting to sign in.
This is a critical failure for an app whose primary function is handling payouts, and it completely erodes trust when real money is involved. To make matters worse, users are also required to report their winnings as taxable income through this platform, which adds another layer of obligation without the reliability or stability you’d expect from a service handling financial transactions.
Going back to Venmo Groups next year.

Huge hassle
Takes forever to pay out. Plus it makes each league member vote at the end of the season to see if the funds should be paid out.

Sometimes no one in the league can log in but overall it’s a solid app

Y’all’s systems needs to be fixed asafp. Before you withdrawal your earnings they make you verify your identify to which is nearly impossible because even when you input your credentials *correctly it hits you with an automatic error. You are THEN forced to contact support service to WHICH they have no over-the-phone option & you’re FORCED to email and wait for them to email you back. Utter bs. COMPLETELY INCONVENIENT & AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A WAY TO GO ABOUT THINGS. If it recognized my identity was correct from the get this wouldn’t be an issue & I wouldn’t be here writing this. Now my funds are forever stuck on this app until further notice. Fantastic. Everyone in the league is furious.

Genuine App
They responded to me right away when I needed a refund due to a corrupt league commissioner. Within a day they gave me a full refund. It’s super refreshing finding a company that actually does what they say they will. If you have any concerns about the app I can attest that they are trustworthy and keep their promises.

Pointless
I downloaded this app because it claims to back you up if the league commissionor tries to rob you. Well it does absolutely nothing when this happens. They will not back you up, they do not guarantee anything. When you get screwed over they just say there is nothing they can do about it. Do not use this platform!

Best Customer Service Ever!
No matter what the problem, no matter when I email them their responses and solutions are instant if it’s during normal business hours or very first thing the next morning if it’s after. The app is effective and I would never use another service. If you run a lot of fantasy leagues, Leaguesafe is the answer for collecting payments.

Too many buttons and redirects
Scammers love this app because LeagueSafe will do nothing if caught
I contacted LeagueSafe about an account that scammed our league in Sleeper Fantasy app and they did nothing. They wouldn’t even ban the scammers account on LeagueSafe so LeagueSafe does not care about their customers even though I provided screenshots as evidence they still did nothing I wouldn’t use LeagueSafe unless you know the owner of the account. Very bad customer service they don’t care about their customers. They’ll let them get scammed and do nothing about it.
