Be sure when you sign up for the free trial you IMMEDIATELY start trying to cancel because it’s IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the subscription. I have jumped through so many hoops to cancel and STILL being charged. No customer service no real help

Cancelling membership
They keep trying to charge my card for the membership. I did the 3 day free trial and cannot cancel it now. Idk what to do
Not worth the money
I really wanted to love this app, but I canceled my subscription.
At $39.99 per year with no monthly option, I expected much more.
The lack of Apple Family Sharing was a huge disappointment. I wanted to share this with my husband on our Apple Family plan instead of having to pay for multiple subscriptions.
The app also only supports larger chain restaurants. There is no support for local restaurants and no way to manually track calories, protein, carbs, fat, or micronutrients, which means I have to use an entirely separate app.
Another major issue is that once you’ve selected your dietary preferences, you can’t easily change them. As your nutrition goals evolve, you should be able to update your preferences without being locked into your original choices.
The concept is fantastic, but at this price point it simply doesn’t offer enough flexibility or features to justify the cost. Until those things improve, I can’t recommend paying for it.
