Excellent Lean Sigma Collaborative Suite of Tools
We have been fully engaged for the last 6 months using LeanFITT and found it has tremendously increased our continuous improvement efforts and employee participation!
The ability to collaborate on applying the tools within projects and reports, allowing for web and mobile use, has our employees learning and applying Lean Sigma on their own.
As I review the activities on employee participation, I noticed team members contributing at nights and weekends. They like the ability to contribute at work or away.
We started with the A3 Project Report, Waste Walk, Brainstorming, and Value Stream Mapping reports that accelerated our current project.
The visual Action Item Kansan Board is an innovative and practical way to create and manage all Action Items. Also , having the ability for users to self-learn these 21 tools makes this a NEED for our organization. We now have a standardized learning tool and application for all our continuous improvement activities.

Embedded Lean Learning
We began using this tool in May 2020 to help us better document our processes and remove waste. The reporting tool with the ability to drop in pictures is a great feature. As someone who is not Six Sigma certified, having the reading material embedded in the app is very helpful.
Organized and Efficient
Lean Fitt helped out school organize over the summer and prepare for the school year. We got more done and were able to track our results and efficiency by using this app. It also tracks everthing, so when next summer comes around we can pull those reports and continue the improve the we have started. Looking forward to tracking our progress through the year. Love the leadership information and monthly highlight report!

Easy and effective!
LeanFITT has helped us organize our entire Lean effort. We used to run our Lean activities with various MS tools, and now we use the standardized tools on LeanFITT to drive all our projects. The impact tracking has also been a big help to communicate our real gains. We use the LeanFITT tools to report out monthly, and keep our momentum going.

Great user friendly app
As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I have led various projects over the years and when I began using LeanFitt, I was impressed with its ease of use. Many Lean Six Sigma practitioners have dealt with having to send email updates, arrange meeting after meeting which can be both time consuming and nonproductive. LeanFitt solves that problem by utilizing a simple and elegant interface where project statuses and updates can be tracked in real time. Communication channels are better due to messaging features in the app. Tasks are better understood and team members understand their responsibilities more clearly through the use of the Kanban board. The reports and various other tools are very useful and along with the imbedded learning modules make this a must have in any Lean Six Sigma practitioner’s toolkit. I highly recommend this app!
