Good app - too few characters for advanced learning
The mnemonics are definitely good, the illustrations are solid, but this strategy I find is too slow to do for every character. Where I really need this is for the harder characters with similar appearances. While I like the system, it was missing too many characters to be of large utility.
If you read this after a while though I’d definitely see if the number of characters expands. I would definitely recommend.

Love this app
I have books at home to help with Chinese learning, I’ve tried other apps to learn Chinese, however none of them have helped me in this way. I am definitely a visual learner and I love they incorporate the tones, memorization, and as well as picture stories to help you learn. I disagree with the lower reviews, this app is helpful as a beginner guide and great for starters who want to learn basics to the language. It definitely could use more reviews. I give it 5/5 stars.

Great App
Great app. Combine with Scritter. Scritter has stronger beginner lists and better Chinese writing practice. However, these lists integrate just enough information (but not too much) in a very elegant manner for mnemonics that help you remember the tone, the way the charachter is drawn, and the way the charachter sounds. Major thanks to developer. Hoping you are able to get in 500 more words at least for the visualization stories. As this will be nearing a very important percentile. This was extremely well done.

Not quite the Mandarin wani kani...
For those familiar with what a spectacular character learning app looks like (aka wani kani) this is noticeably lower quality. Can’t log into a free trial account across multiple devices, no automatic spaced repetition prompting including all covered characters, no vocabulary in spaced repetitions, no regular timing for spaced repetitions, the stories are over-complicated (the “heroes” should be the main characters, not random children, angels, truckers etc, this would make the tone, pronunciation and character much easier to remember and straightforward). Users should also have to type in the spelling rather than use multiple choice, this is much better for memorization. For a free trial maybe this is fine but if people are paying money to use this, the spaced repetition needs to be much more rigorous.

Questionable content
From the wrong description of tian, to the repetition of simple words in upper levels, this app bothers me for how much better it could be of quality content would be put together with the method. Seriously, I love the method. The imagery is great. Please create stronger content to support a great design. I'll be happy to come back to study with you then.
