Cannot open instant error

When I try to open I get an error every time. How can this even on the App Store.

Totally dysfunctional (on my iPad, anyway)

Launching this app immediately spawns two ‘error occurred’ alerts. When attempting to sign up, clicking the ‘privacy policy’ link crashes the app. Attempting to sign in as a guest (since one cannot read the privacy policy), also causes the app to crash. All in all I have gotten no further than the sign-in screen.

Okay app

This is a very, very basic app. Both in content and quality. It's fine if you just need a quick refresher, but don't expect much more than that.

Excellent refresher

This is an excellent app. I am currently using it as a refresher. I am changing jobs and my be required to take an exam to get a new job in electronics. The content is concise and right to the point. The flash card review and test blew me away. This is a must have app. Thx to the developers, you all rock. :-)
