App fault

Just downloaded was going good but then learning numbers 10-1000 it asks to match the word to the picture but there is NO picture showing up. So I'm basically stuck. Please make it so that we can skip to the next lesson otherwise there's no use for this. I will remove this comment once the problem is fixed thank you

Response from developer

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear about the issue with the number matching exercise. Please try the following steps: 1. Restart the app – Sometimes a quick restart can fix display issues. 2. Check for updates – Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. 3. Reinstall the app – If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. 4. Clear cache (if applicable) – In your device settings, clearing the app cache might help. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience, and we’ll look into fixing this issue as soon as possible. If skipping the lesson becomes an option in future updates, we’ll let you know. Let us know if any of these steps help! 😊

Many Issues

First of all, the system used to rate your level in French is poorly executed, and I think it’d be a better idea to just have a placement test of some sort, as other apps have, or something similar. Especially because of the fact that having randomly generated words and then asking which ones you know can have a bad combination and not score well, and also neglects to ask what the user may know of the grammar and not gain proper insight into their abilities.
Second of all, the mini games have bugs and with match the word games, it seems, to me, to be a poor decision to have opinion words have to be matched with certain photos.
Beau, for example, is much more of an opinion than describing a mustache.
Overall, this apps pretty mid. Not great, not horrible either, I just think there’s plenty of room for improvement.

Response from developer

Hello. Thank you for your feedback and attention to our application "French by level". Our application is designed for users with different language levels. The exercise system is based on the “test-teach-test” concept - thus, when starting an exercise, the user can independently check which words on a given topic he already knows and which are new to him. If you find something that you consider useful for learning a language, then please describe your suggestions in more detail to support@mobiteach.ltd. We wish you success.
