Пожалуйста, попробуйте обновить приложение до последней версии в App Store и полностью перезапустить его. Если после этого контент по-прежнему не загружается, отправьте, пожалуйста, скриншот или короткое видео с тем, что именно отображается в приложении, на support@mobiteach.ltd. Это поможет нам быстро разобраться и подсказать решение.

Hallo, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, so ausführlich und ehrlich zu schreiben. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie von der App enttäuscht wurden — vor allem, wenn es um etwas so Wichtiges wie korrekte Vokabeln und sinnvolle Übungen geht. Ihre Hinweise sind völlig berechtigt: Beispielsweise sollte "pulire" als „säubern“ und nicht als „sauber“ übersetzt werden, und "praticare" ist die korrekte Form für „üben“. Auch der Hinweis auf fehlende Artikel bei Nomen und der nicht ganz passende Einsatz von "pittare" bei A1-Niveau ist sehr wertvoll für uns. Wir nehmen Ihre Kritik sehr ernst und leiten sie direkt an unser Content-Team weiter. Die App wird fortlaufend überarbeitet, und Rückmeldungen wie Ihre helfen uns dabei enorm, die Inhalte sprachlich wie didaktisch zu verbessern. Vielen Dank nochmals — auch wenn Sie sich aktuell gegen die App entschieden haben, wissen wir Ihr Engagement für gutes Sprachenlernen wirklich zu schätzen.

Here is my response to the email the app developer sent me:
“Your response was blatantly disingenuous. Pretending not to know that your app forces users into leaving a 5 star review before they can continue is insulting. This isn’t a mistake, it’s a scheme, and you know it. When I have the time, I’ll update my review to expose your deliberate manipulation that deceives people into buying your app, then coerces them into padding your ratings with more 5 star reviews just to use what they already purchased.”

The app should never require a 5-star rating to allow you to complete a lesson — that’s absolutely not how the system is intended to work. While we do sometimes prompt users for feedback to help us improve, it should always be optional, and your progress should never be blocked based on how you rate the app. What you’ve described sounds like a serious issue, and we’d appreciate it if you could let us know which screen or prompt caused this so our team can investigate and fix it right away. We fully agree — learning should be fair, transparent, and free of pressure. Thank you for pointing this out.
