Well thought out, simple & yet challenging.
For me, easily one the best language learning apps out there. It is very easy to grasp, the phrases are used in the real world (I noticed even the most odd ones to me are used in everyday French) and most importantly, the app has a relaxed vibe to it. It is hard to explain, the app is really comforting and thoughtful.
I fully recommend this app if you are looking for something different.

Really great for learning a language from scratch
I used Seedlang a little bit with Spanish and German but I’d already studied those languages so Seedlang was just ok. If you’re starting a language from the very beginning it’s great though, the Stories walk you through all the grammatical features without making it seem like a ton of work and it really focuses on pronunciation. They also have lots of extra tips about irregular features of the language but they’re all bite-size so it doesn’t seem overwhelming. You can do as much or as little as you want, the more you do the more you get out of it.

How language learning should be
Talking to other people directly has no substitute, but this is by far the best app to learn independently. Reading, hearing others, hearing yourself, watching videos, etc. are all high quality methods.

I think tbh it is the best language app ever, however they make all the sections premium except their first lesson.

I love this app. My pronunciation has improved so much in the short time I have been using it. Watching and mimicking a native speaker and recording my own voice has been the key to my progression. Ma belle-mère understands me now :)

Finally a good French app that isn’t for beginners or needs a subscription. Really helpful for someone A2 who wants to improve to B1, good range of vocabulary, the grammar feature helped me develop fluency and feel confident!! Incredible
Helped me learn vocab - However
I downloaded this app after seeing it on tiktok. It has helped me learn vocab like other apps haven’t and I’ve actually memorised the words. However, I think the app needs more of a tutorial as there are lots of sections I don’t know how to use. But overall, I like the app!!
Tik tok made it look good
I can’t get it to work it’s just glitchy and won’t load - the tik tok content is very good but doesn’t line up with their technology issues.
App simply doesn’t work
I’ve had to recreate my account 5x within 2 minutes of downloading the app because everything I finally get to the menu, it glitches in 2 seconds and takes me back to creating a new account. It keeps on glitching and is useless. Don’t recommend

Found this app through TikTok. They do an excellent job at incorporating humor to make the learning experience more enjoyable. Smooth interface. Also, they venture out of the typical language path found in textbooks/duolingo, and explore more useful and spunky everyday phrases and situations.

Special Characters Issue
Apple French keyboard doesn’t enable me to type them - only to say them but that’s a problem in French since there are so many silent letters. So when Seedlang asks me to input past participle (preterite tense) it also sounds like infinitive of verb. So if mic picks up latter, I get answer wrong. There’s no accent a goût on keyboard.
