In smaller screens the OTP screen is not scrolling down to let me click on submit button

I canโt press the submit button as the screen does not move after entering the OTP on my I phone 13 โฆ๐๐ผ
How register while out of India
OTP may not be received if person do not use Indian number in other country. They should send OTP for registration by e mail also

Not able to submit OTP
I am not able to submit OTP received on the mobile. The number screen does not get deactivated and hence unable to click on submit button.
