Toll!

Wonderful way to develop my German. Only wish it could better handle separable verbs, but otherwise great!

Thanks for the great review! We’re happy to know you’re enjoying our app! :)

What a joke

I wouldn’t bother with this app. The idea is kinda there but the usability and actual usefulness is not. The content is all over the place, using the app is painful. Some “content” is just 3rd party, from YouTube, which also breaks/changes the functionality and you no longer can follow word for word with translation (which is the sole point of the app). There’s more to add but this would take long. Even the most basic stuff like when you click on a type of word (let’s say “present tense”) to get more info on the grammar - it loads a Safari page, instead of a popup WITHIN the app, like any other app. And you’re supposed to pay ridiculously high 140€? That’s a bad joke

Response from developer

We're sorry to hear you had a poor experience with LingQ. We'll take your feedback into consideration.

The app keeps shutting down.

For the past three weeks the app has just been closing randomly in the middle of lessons. I use the app everyday for about 45 minutes. It normally closes down about 4 or 5 times. I pay to much for this to be happening.

Response from developer

We apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing! I kindly ask you to email support@lingq.com to report this issue. Our team will be glad to assist you further.

Font size in note

It's a great app for learning a language, but one problem is that when we want to add meaning inside a dictionary, the font that is written is very small, and if someone like me wants to add other examples for words, or inside a note write something that's smallness bothers the eye after hours. Please add the ability to enlarge the note size of the note in the application settings. My device is ipad air 4. I'm sorry if I have any mistakes in the English text I'm still learning.

We are working on extensive improvements to our software with the upcoming update to v5.0. We'll offer different font sizes. Stay tuned.
