works but need to pay

its great to learn but you only get a few options of animals to learn and you cant use all of them you can only use animals and to use the rest you need to pay! ridiculous

Can’t buy in App Store

Can only buy through the app itself which I don’t trust. I would love to buy it but it’s not available in the App Store. I am not willing to risk buying the add-ons in an unsecured digital location. I only buy through the App Store.

Quite nice!

For my tot boys, who are just beginning to show an interest in "that other stuff mommy says," this is a cute "game." I like the simplicity of the single drawing on a solid background, ability to turn upbeat background music on/off, clear, native speaker recording (which repeats by hitting sound icon). The Japanese word, in Hiragana, appears as the recording says it - this has been surprisingly significant, as both my kids now recognize the characters. This did not happen with a very similar flash card app, where the word appeared on top as part of the entire page. I didn't realize this was going on until I turned off the autoplay on recording (another nice feature), and discovered kids were actually READING the characters as "clues!" Nice to be able to choose between American/British/Australian accents. Wish main menu had both languages. Super cute and great value for money! Thx.
