詐欺

年契約だと無料期間が30日になってて、申し込んだけど、ぜんぜん使えないから3日後に解約したのに、カードの請求が来てる。解約確認メールも来ないし、アカウントが削除されて、解約した事の確認もできない。サポートに連絡しても、自分で調べろばっかり返ってくる。結局カードを止める事になり、返金請求をこの会社と交渉になるが、海外だから対応が悪い。学びたい人の意欲を踏みにじる最悪の会社です。
