Not good
Just a google translate of polish to english, and a very bad one at that. Some words are translated wrong, some don't translate at all and just show the polish in the english spot. I would still give two stars in that case but even worse it is not even aimed at learning. the vocab are awful choices to learn with including many words a native pole could a years without saying and numbers are all written like 234 so if you do not already know them you will never learn how the change gender and are spoken.

Best polish learning app on iPhone I think. Been using it for years.

This app was just what I was looking for! I wanted to quickly learn basic words for a trip to Poland. This was perfect!

Fun and easy to use
This app has an easy to use interface and is actually pretty fun. I love scrolling through and hearing the pronunciation of the words. The free version isn't bad, even though I wish it had a few more unlocked categories.
Can't get it to load
The italian version of this app is great, but for whatever reason, I can't get this one to load even once. Perhaps I am using too much of an antiquated iPad / OS version. Shame.

If you want to know which Polish words are identical In English or have no English translation like people's names or have no English translation at all then this is the app for you!
On the other hand if you want to learn some useful Polish without being suckered into paying extra, find a better app or a Polish wife! Total "góra śmieci (rubbish).

Little bit confused by Dannyboy17- August 10, 2014
I really like the app and it helps a lot, but for some reason only Poland top 100 and level 1 are available. Even when I finished both of them, no other levels were unlocked. I'm not sure if I have to upgrade it or what. What confuses me is that on the picture on the App Store it looks like all the levels are unlocked even if the one or ones being worked on aren't finished. Like the way it teaches, but I really want to be able to unlock all the other levels.

This is great for beginners and good fun too. It's nice that you can replay the words over and over again as Polish is so confusing when English is your first and only language.
The app is o.k...
I love this app. I'm learning polish for my best friend. But when you do the flashcards the answers are all right. The words are all real so you are not learning a fake language,

Great app for building a strong basic vocabulary. The option of letting you record yourself and compare it to the native speaker's pronunciation is very handy.

I found this very user friendly. Quirky but caters to beginners. Syllabic breakdown of words and basic context is invaluable.

Crashed two times. Had to delete app and lost everything both times. Got NO reply from support, never heard back. Liked the app format but so disappointed and frustrated that it is not dependable. Would not recommend it. I'm glad I never purchased the app as I had thought about doing.
