Paid for a subscription and can’t log in.
I’ve been using this app for several years. All of a sudden the app was not working. I reinstalled the app hoping that would solve the issue. Now I cannot log in. Regardless of which method I try using to log in, I get an error message. I paid for an entire year and cannot use the app. Frustrating to say the least.

Когда то учила слова с помощью данного приложения, потом забила и вот спустя время решила возобновить обучение . Скачала, оплатила подписку , начала изучать. Приложение лагает, где-то не дает нажать на «галку», чтобы слово улетело , как изученное и попалось в упражнении, где-то не воспроизводит звук(упражнение, где я по произношению должна написать слово, которое услышу) . Написала на почту поддержки-тишина

Плохо работает
Раньше приложение работало нормально и более или мене стабильно. Сейчас испортилось, к сожалению. Вынужден его удалить, так как оно перестало меня устраивать.

Пользовался несколько лет, было нормально. С недавнего времени приложение перестало работать. Поддержка на сообщения не отвечают!!! Что за дела??? Верните деньги тогда, раз не можете наладить работу!

Não está funcionando, este aplicativo já foi muito bom. Porém, hoje não tem atualização e os erros são grosseiros. Desde o mal funcionamento até mesmo o suporte é péssimo para consertar as falhas que o App apresenta.

For months they have been charging me without my authorization, I can't cancel, I had to change my card and talk for them to cancel the authorization. They are thieves. They live off those who can't cancel the service. I hope Apple sees this because it makes one lose confidence in trying trials.

Unfortunately this app is not only not useful, but refused to let me cancel the ridiculously priced subscription even after multiple attempts to contact them. Website not available and no response from the “support email”. Would never recommend.

This app does not pull money from apple. Instead it uses a third party like stripe and will take your money and charge your bank. I’ve never seen this before. If a trial is “free” why is money for a subscription being pulled? Also if you do decide to use the free subscription it will not work properly.

Покупал несколько лет назад вечную подписку на английский язык, но теперь английский словарь пропал из приложения, зато открылись все остальные языки в приложение, разработчик видимо намекает, что англ.язык уже не актуально, учите испанский, ну или итальянский, спасибо хоть на этом 😁
Че происходит с этим приложением оно обсолютно не работает
раньше учил слова на нем решил возобновить, купил его, захожу а оно висит, не работает, совсем не работает. Как оформить возврат, если приложение не обслуживается удалите его с апстор
