For worn items like carpet or paint, enter the item's age and LeaseLedger uses general HUD-style useful-life estimates to suggest a fair prorated charge — and flags when a deduction looks higher than that. - **Insights.** A new charts screen sums up your records by status and category, shows how due dates cluster over time, and breaks your deposit down into what you'll likely get back, what you accept, and what you're disputing. Everything is calculated on your device. - **Move-out reminders.** Opt in to a local reminder a few days before your state's deposit-return deadline, with an option to also be reminded on each open record's due date, so the follow-up window never slips past you.
