Most aggravating app
I’m pretty sure this is the worst app I’ve ever encountered. Another review mentioned about the lack of customizations…I agree. I need to be able to order a plain burger and sometimes without a bun or lettuce wrapped. There’s no option for that. And there are no note boxes for adding preferences. Then, if you fill the cart and hit the back button by accident, it erases everything and you have to start over. The credit card does not have an auto-fill option so you have to type it in each time. And today, it wouldn’t accept any cards so I ended up having to call the order in anyway! At least a competent person answered who could hear and understand what I was ordering. That has not been the case in the past. Just way too expensive to go through that much of a hassle!

Doesn’t function properly, can’t place and order. Very poor UI/UX.

The app does not work very well! I tried to create an account and I nice I received the verification email I clicked on the link and it redirects me to getbite.com. And will not allow me to login when I go back to the app. When I try and order as a guest nothing loads up. I can only make it as far as selecting the location and then nothing else happens!!

No customizations
This app does not allow order customizations which is unfortunate if you have an allergy to a specific food. The restaurant does not allow you to call in orders and has you come in person to place the order. This is inefficient. Will likely not order here or just go to Earl of Sandwich that will be opening soon.
