Hello, and I am truly sorry. It is not a scam, and your purchase was never lost. Premium is a one-time purchase that stays permanently linked to your Apple ID. We tried to answer your email twice and both attempts bounced: your mailbox is full. Please write from a different address so we can reach you. The cause: in version 3.6.0 the app could fail to recognise an existing purchase when it could not reach the App Store at startup, and fell back to the free version. Your payment was never affected. This is now fixed. Please update to version 3.6.1. Your Premium access returns on its own the first time you open it, with nothing for you to do. If it does not, tap "Restore Purchases" on the Premium screen, which works properly again in this update. If anything is still wrong, write to itechnodev@gmail.com and we will put it right, including a full refund if you prefer. And if the update sorts it out, we would be grateful if you considered updating your review.
