Money for premium charged and reset to basic version

I decided to pay to have the premium version to prepare for the citizenship test and it worked well for a day but the next day the app got somehow reset to the basic version for no reason although my bank account got indeed charged with the described amount. Is this some kind of scam? Waiting for answers from the support team because this is unacceptable!

Hello, and I am truly sorry. It is not a scam, and your purchase was never lost. Premium is a one-time purchase that stays permanently linked to your Apple ID. We tried to answer your email twice and both attempts bounced: your mailbox is full. Please write from a different address so we can reach you. The cause: in version 3.6.0 the app could fail to recognise an existing purchase when it could not reach the App Store at startup, and fell back to the free version. Your payment was never affected. This is now fixed. Please update to version 3.6.1. Your Premium access returns on its own the first time you open it, with nothing for you to do. If it does not, tap "Restore Purchases" on the Premium screen, which works properly again in this update. If anything is still wrong, write to itechnodev@gmail.com and we will put it right, including a full refund if you prefer. And if the update sorts it out, we would be grateful if you considered updating your review.

Ready in one day of study

Great App. I got Ready in one day , going from 60% to 100%. The English translation option was perfect for learning the vocabulary, which is required as the test is in German. Highly recommend!

I chose this app to help me with the test because of the bilingual aspect. Once in, I paid for the premium version and was amazed by how faster I could understand the questions. I ended up passing with a grade beyond average and am thankful for this.

Worth every cent

I hate to pay for apps, but the Pro version was this was the only study buddy I had for a month. Got full marks in the Einbürgerungstest.

Super App!

Hat im Vergleich zu anderen Vorbereitungsapps die besten Funktionen, Struktur und eine sehr schöne und saubere UI, die zum Lernen anregt. Ist für mich wie ein Handyspiel. Vor allem gefällt mir, dass die Fragen kategorisiert sind, mit eigenen Tags markiert werden können und dass falsch beantwortete Fragen automatisch gemerkt werden. Der Fortschritt wird auch angezeigt und die Fragen sind selbstverständlich für das Jahr 2025 aktuell. Man kann für jede Frage eine Übersetzung in 9 Sprachen sehen. Die App hat mich positiv an meine Führerschein-App erinnert. Ich kann die Einmalzahlung von 10 Euro für die Premium-Version nur empfehlen.

Not Really “Data Not Collected”

App claims “Data Not Collected,” but first screen is a VERY long vendor consent list with no “refuse all” option. Misleading.

There’s no account or login, the content is stored locally on your device, and the app works fully offline (even with the internet turned off). In-app purchases are processed by Apple; we don’t receive any user identity information. So we don't have any information about the users. We don't ask for any information about the user. Users can start using the app right away no login needed. The long vendor list you saw is the consent screen from our advertising partner, shown to comply with regional privacy laws. If you prefer not to share data, you can choose non-personalized ads (look for “Manage options” and disable all toggles). You can also remove ads entirely by upgrading to the ad-free version. Not all translations are correct

The app looks pretty good but incorrect translation made me spend extra time to figure it out with AI. Developers didn’t bother to check that all English translations make sense.

Great App

Very good app to prepare for the test. I just came back from the test and it was so easy. Even the order of answers was correct. I can recommend the app to anyone who wants to take the Citizenship test.

Wrong Answers

This app has wrong answers in it!!! Do not download. It should be reviewed for political incitement as well. There are clearly wrong answer: example what is the name of the Jewish prayer house ? The app shows Basillica . The answer is synagogue. Further , what is considered anti semantic behaviour ? The app shows , criticism of the Israeli government. The answer is holocaust denial. The developer of this app should be removed from being able to submit . A claim will go to Apple to remove this app.

Great UX

I used this app to practice for the citizenship test. It has the progress for how many questions I already answered, and also tracks the ones that I got wrong.
There is a translation helper in many languages that I can easily add when necessary.
The test functionality is also amazing! It helped me to build confidence on actually being prepared for the test.

Great app for einbürgerungstest

This is a great app to prepare for the einbürgerungstest. It has some nice features to keep targeting the questions/topics you find difficult.

Great app for preparing for the exam

Great app, definitely recommend for preparing for the exams, you can also translate inside the app which helps when you don’t understand something. Mock exams where almost 1:1 questions to my exam.

Great app to practice Leben in Deutschland Test

The app has lots of questions for the 'Leben in Deutschland' and 'Citizenship' categories. The best part is that the practice questions and answers are available in German and several other languages of user's choice. The questions are based on several categories like states, politics, culture and so on.
The app is very easy to use and I highly recommend it.

Unerlässliches Werkzeug für die Einbürgerungstest-Vorbereitung!

Ich bin auf viele Einbürgerungstest-Vorbereitungs-Apps gestoßen, aber diese sticht wirklich heraus. Die umfassende Fragenbibliothek, realistischen Simulationen und die Funktion zum Markieren für gezieltes Üben machen sie zu einem unverzichtbaren Werkzeug. Sie ist eine hervorragende Wahl für jeden, der die Staatsbürgerschaft anstrebt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lebensretter für den Einbürgerungstest!

Diese App hat meine Vorbereitung auf den Einbürgerungstest zum Kinderspiel gemacht. Die umfangreiche Fragenbibliothek und realistischen Simulationen haben mein Selbstvertrauen gestärkt. Das Erstellen individueller Tags zur Verfolgung meines Fortschritts war praktisch. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Awesome App

One of the best apps to pass a German naturalization test. I can only recommend the app, even I as a German could not answer all the questions correctly. Definitely worth it :)
