They don’t care after money is taken

Please note there is no option to cancel order! Even if (and it happened) they are an hour late than the time they say the order should be delivered without any notice, and if you call the customer service, they will just ask you to keep waiting, and 30min later their driver calls you and tell you to wait for another 20min like YOU SHOULD! It is understandable that orders can be delayed due to various reasons, but IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER’S DUTY TO WAIT FOREVER!
