High School CS Majors Could Do Better
This product is junk. The app crashes constantly, connections get lost, settings purged. Buyer beware - must have been a group of middle schoolers who programmed this because nothing else makes sense.

The new version with the new UI is much better: easier to understand and the bluetooth connection works much better. I have 2 white noise machines and it recognizes and manages both easily.
Would like to see an Apple TV and watch version of these apps to streamline activating the machines.
The old version of this app was clunky and the bluetooth didn’t connect well, but that’s well in the past now.

Spotty connection at best
Connection is 50-50 at best.
Great product
I used this product for 2 1/2 years and never had an issue. It works as a lamp with a variety of colors and as a soother. I’m very happy and now it’s going to be pass along another baby. Highly recommended.
Works but Not what’s in App Store
The connection usually works, although about 20% of the time it won’t, no matter how close you are to the machine. I can have the phone 2ft away and it will say it can’t find it. It usually works though, just make sure you CAN turn it on by hand if you need to.
The app looks nothing like the preview shots in App Store though. There are 3 main pages - one to connect to the machine, one that shows the current settings with volume, etc, and one that shows all the possible sounds. All these screens technically do their job but they look like they were built in 2003.
Also, side note - be careful of the trash can icon. It’s right beside the arrow to open the machine settings so if you’re not careful you delete your machine when trying to turn it on 😕

Completely Useless
This app is completely different than it used to be. The sound machine does not get as loud as it used to and has way less options. What happened?? I would pay for the old app!

Won’t pair any more
After an app update, I was no longer able to pair this device to my phone. Now, I only have one color, volume setting and sound option rather than the large number I had previously. It’s a disappointment, because my littles loved the nightlight and bedtime music. I contacted the company and they had me try a few things such as deleting the app and restarting my phone. None of the solutions worked.

Timer needs work
The sound and connection has been fine for us and this is super handy for travel given it’s small size. My issue is that it does not have a child lock or a timer length that is suitable for night time use. My child can push it on or off in the plug so being able to lock it in the app would be amazing. Additionally, I have to remember to turn it on at night and off in the morning. Children sleep longer than 180 minutes which is the longest timer option available. We need to be able to set the timer for up to 12-14 hrs to accommodate a child’s nighttime sleep window. Fix that and we have a 5 star review.

App is garbage
Usability of this app is difficult and garbage. Selecting colors and sounds is difficult. A lot of room for improvement.
Failed to connect message
Continually states that app cannot connect to device - defeats the purpose.

I have to “try to connect” at LEAST three times before it works… most times it never connects. TOTAL GARBAGE.
Does the job!
Not sure about everyone’s complaints, sure it’s not the prettiest app but it always works for me. Able to connect simply for the first time and every time after, able to set the light and the noise to the perfect levels for my toddler, couldn’t manage bedtime without this.
Connection Issue
After several attempts to connect, the system works great. My little one only will go to sleep and stay asleep for 3-6 hours at a time if there is lullabies playing. Lighting featuring is okay and a cool idea, not really a hit with our little one.
Horrible connection
The connection to the device is terrible.
Break after this update
Please test it before release, the layout of UI is totally off and buttons are outside the screen. Using iPhone 7 Plus, never seen an app like this. “ The engineering team is led by Silicon Valley executives Sam Nicolino and Ira Chayut, who have over 60 years of technology experience with leading companies like Nvidia, Intel, Sun Microsystems, and Acer Computers.” Ok, they should be better at engineering and make product work at least.

Good hardware, limited software
Love the idea of this to replace separate nightlight, white noise machine, and Bluetooth speaker for lullabies in my child’s room, but the software is way too limited. I should be able to play lullabies for a set time, then switch to white noise, and keep the night light on. Instead there is just one timer that turns everything off. Disappointing — needs more product R&D.

Don't waste your time
This app is a complete abomination for use with the sound machine. After trying 10 times, I will successfully be able to connect 0 times. This is consistent across the board. The developers are an absolute waste. Don't purchase the sound machine, and if you do, try and return it. I got about 3 months of use before it became completely unusable.
