I’m only using this app because there is no alternative
Honestly one of the worst mobile apps I’ve used in recent years. It appears to have been designed by a rookie with minimal developer experience and no concept of usability, UX, or WCAG compliancy. Even the sports centre staff are apologetic that we have to use this abomination of an app. Pleeeeease get someone with more design experience involved!

What happened?
I’ve been using this app for the past year and not had any issues and would have given it 5 stars. However for last few weeks the app just wont load just before 10.00pm ie before bookings open, hence the 1 star. Is it overload with users trying to log on?

Was great until yesterday. It now won’t open and deleting it and reinstalling has not fixed the problem.
Won't let me turn off notifications.
I'm not even logged in. The notification section has "all" or "just my centre".

The app is so badly designed, it is impossible to find the swimming time table without assistance and when you do find it it is totally unclear with no end time for sessions and way to know if things run exclusively or concurrently. Tottering inadequate.
