Old news
The articles are weeks old. Not much new news.no other online news apps charges. What a joke. Why should we have to pay for online paper. Wrbl is free
Doesn’t respect privacy.
Too many ads for an over-priced local news subscription. No functional archive, no search capability, highly intrusive app requirements such as access to contacts when clearly not needed for purpose of delivering news. This paper has been in steady decline for years and it shows.

“New and Improved” App is nearly unreadable! It is so frustrating to read this paper now. Please change back!
Today’s edition
I want to access the daily edition when it won’t open from email.
Disappointing
All I want is the edition. I pay for it and can’t get it. The app is cumbersome. Using the web version is unreliable. Sign in links are broken.
Needs work
Difficult to read in full screen mode. Ads at bottom are distracting & why should I have suffer ads. I pay for the paper.
Trash
Download the app to test and all it displays are blank light grey lines. Deleted and reloaded with same results. Bye.
Problems
The current app is worse than the older version when it does load properly. The old app would allow you to view full screen but the new app is full of annoying ads that do not go away and are hampering the view of the small screen paper.
Don’t like
Old version much easier.In new version, tap e-edition icon at top of page and it asks for sign in every time,but won’t connect. Very disappointed!
Miserable
I find it hard to maneuver and hard to understand". Just paid for the next 13 weeks subscription. Been a subscriber for close to fifty years. I want my money back!
Hate it
I loved the old app where you could feel like you were actually looking at the newspaper. This version, even when you click on the paper, is impossible. You can’t get it large enough to view even on a large iPad because if you enlarge it, it goes off the screen. Needs some serious work.

Keeps me in touch
After moving from Columbus a couple of years ago, it's nice to have the Ledger-Enquirer as a means to stay in touch.
The app has troubles
Ignoring the rapidly-declining quality of news from the Ledger, the app itself has been buggy for a while. More than half the time, when the app launches, the latest content doesn’t load, requiring me to hit Refresh. The app is slow, and more than one section won’t load reliably. And the news is never presented in any logical order. The app, like the paper itself, is barely functional.

I just downloaded the update and it either displays no content or crashes. I know this is a Columbus paper trust me we have news.

Aggravating Pop up ads
I understand the need to sell ads but the randomly appearing pop ups are very annoying!
Pop-up ads ruined good app
This app was great until L-E started the pop-up ads that completely cover the screen. Now it is so irritating that I rarely use it.
