Barcode for payment
There’s a cute little barcode at the bottom of my receipt. I thought I could scan it and then pay online like many other modern restaurants like the Silver Diner.

Great Food & Terrific Prices
I have enjoyed Ledo pizza’s starting in the late 1950s. My current Ledo restaurant (Bethany Beach)has great tasting salads with generous ingredients. Pizza is great there too.
Clunky App
Why did I have to do my own rewards account migration? Also in the app, I have my favorite location and I still have to click it every time which is annoying. The app makes me not want to order but at least the pizza is good.
Your App Sucks
You send me emails yet it doesn’t recognize my email. WTF

I keep having to make a new account because they keep deleting my credentials and all my rewards makes me not want to order from here. What’s the point?

Easy to use and get rewards
Easy to use app. Just need to add the “jar of Parmesan Romano” to the sides and add ons
False Advertiding
Your menu says “Earn rewards when you find with us” but the app it leads you to download will only provide rewards for online orders. How is that “dine with us”.

Technical Issues and Rewards Program Could Be Better
I’ve had ongoing issues with the gift cards not working, which makes the overall experience frustrating. The platform also logs me out repeatedly, adding unnecessary friction. Additionally, the rewards program could be improved to provide more meaningful value.

We have been regular customers of Ledo Pizza for decades! Among the many wonderful menu offerings is their famous Ledo sauce! We LOVE it! Every time we travel out of state, we need to bring jars of Ledo Pizza sauce to our relatives.😃
