The lights could have far more functions. The
Twinkle mode only applies to the white. And the twinkle is so frantic it’s anything but relaxing. I wish you could add a speed regulator at the very least. The tree is great. And the multi lights need a twinkle. Also the timer on the remote doesn’t work at all.

Not great
The App has a timer feature, but there are no instructions for using the timer so I can’t set it. I push the timer button and the tree flashes. What does that mean? Will it turn itself off at some point? If so, how many hours? At least I can turn the tree on to the setting I want. The remote control that came with the tree doesn’t work at all. When I turn on the tree without using the app, it always goes to demo mode.

No twinkle on white
The most common action for the t23 Christmas tree which is to twinkle specifically just the white lights is not available. App does not give a lot of great color options, nor customization

When my 6 year old lost the remote, I thought we were going to have a dark holiday season. But this app saved Christmas :)

Unusable
App will not scan the QR code. The help page is completely blank. The info page is completely blank. After not scanning the QR code and closing the app it brought up the tree controls but the buttons don’t do anything. If you bought this tree I recommend returning it
It would be nice if they updated some of the features on the app. It’s been several years now.
I’ve had the tree for going on three years good tree. The app needs updating. The dim feature on the app doesn’t work. The schedule timer doesn’t work and it would be nice if the colored lights twinkled just like the white lights do. seems like simple updates. I tried sending a message through the contact support # and for some reason it won’t let it go through. Tried it about 15 times. Also tried the phone number too. I’m assuming you’re out of business.

Works perfectly fine for the past 3 years with this tree :)
Needs a dimmer
Beautiful tree and lights but it has no ability to dim the lights (which are very bright). Fix this and the tree would be perfect.
Missed Opportunity
I gave it 3 stars is because I think they missed the opportunity to be able to let you customize the tree with certain colors. Also don’t have extra options like I saw in the images on the App Store.

What a useless app.
Honestly they tie the function of the tree to this app or remote and not a timer? If it was a traditional tree I could put the lights on a timer or a google home switch but since every time the tree turns on it has no memory of setting.
Be ware !
Bought a tree in 2021 and in 2025 it would initial start and lights blink then shut off. Remote and app did not work. Contacted vendor and they don’t sell parts if not in warranty and in this case they stopped making the parts! So expense tree only lasted 3 yrs.

I got a new phone and downloaded the app and it won’t connect to my tree. I need a code or a QR code. I feel like connectivity should be a bit easier.
Lack of twinkles
There is no option for a twinkle with the colored lights. The white twinkle is great but would like there to be an option with the colored lights as well.
